Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using OnePulseHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of OnePulseHub.

2. Description of Service

OnePulseHub is a financial dashboard for independent content creators. It aggregates revenue from connected platforms (YouTube, Patreon, Twitch, Gumroad, and others), tracks expenses, provides estimated tax calculations, and offers AI-generated financial insights.

Important: OnePulseHub provides financial estimates for informational and planning purposes only. It is not a licensed tax advisor, CPA, or financial planner. All tax calculations are estimates and should not be used as a substitute for professional tax advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use OnePulseHub. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using OnePulseHub on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One account per person — you may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

5. Connected Platform Accounts

When you connect a third-party platform (e.g. YouTube, Patreon) to OnePulseHub, you authorize us to access your account data on that platform solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this access. You may disconnect any platform at any time from the Platforms page.

OnePulseHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Patreon, Twitch, Gumroad, or any other third-party platform.

6. Bank Account Connection (Plaid)

Bank linking is optional and powered by Plaid. When you connect a bank account, Plaid securely handles your banking credentials — OnePulseHub never sees or stores your bank username or password. Your use of the bank linking feature is also subject to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without written permission.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to harm the Service or other users.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

8. Tax Estimates Disclaimer

All tax calculations provided by OnePulseHub are estimates based on simplified models and publicly available IRS tax brackets. They are provided for planning purposes only and may not reflect your actual tax liability. OnePulseHub is not responsible for any penalties, interest, or underpayment resulting from reliance on these estimates. Always consult a qualified tax professional before making financial decisions.

9. AI-Generated Content

OnePulseHub may generate financial insights using AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude). These insights are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. OnePulseHub is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

10. Intellectual Property

OnePulseHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OnePulseHub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (your revenue data, expenses, etc.).

11. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnePulseHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnePulseHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
