OnePulseHub ("we", "our", or "us") is a financial dashboard for independent creators. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using OnePulseHub, you agree to this policy.
2. Data We Collect
- Account information — name and email address collected at sign-up via Clerk.
- Platform OAuth tokens — access tokens for YouTube, Patreon, Twitch, and Gumroad when you connect those accounts. These are stored encrypted and used only to fetch your earnings data.
- Revenue data — earnings synced from your connected platforms (amounts, dates, platform name).
- Expense data — expenses you manually enter in the app.
- Tax profile — filing status, state, dependents, and entity type you provide to generate tax estimates.
- Bank data (optional) — if you connect a bank account via Plaid, we store transaction data and account balances for cash flow analysis.
- Usage data — basic logs including API request timestamps and error reports for debugging purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To display your earnings dashboard and financial summaries.
- To calculate quarterly tax estimates based on your income and profile.
- To send tax reminder emails when quarterly deadlines approach.
- To generate AI-powered tax insights using Anthropic's Claude API — your financial data is sent to Anthropic for this feature only when you explicitly request it.
- To maintain your account and authenticate you securely.
We do not sell your data to third parties, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside of the service providers listed below.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate OnePulseHub:

5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and platform tokens within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for product improvement.
6. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. We use Clerk for authentication, which handles password hashing and session security. We do not store your bank credentials — Plaid handles that directly.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
- Disconnect any connected platform at any time from the Platforms page.
- Disconnect your bank account at any time from the Banks page.

8. Children's Privacy
OnePulseHub is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Continued use of OnePulseHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
